Udana (vayu)

Other names or spellings-Udana Vata
Definition-One of the five vayus (airs) that is related to the upward
moving air(energy)in the body and it governs the expression in the
body, like speech and vomiting. It is a subdosha of Vata.

Definition-The Upper Triangle in the Chakric Star of David deals
more with the Sukshma (Subtle, Abstract, Imaginal, Theoretical,
Archetypal) part of life. The Upper Triangle consists of the Throat, Third Eye and Crown Chakras.
