divine by using mantra and the sound current in rhythm to

infinite self (Spirit/Purusha). It is often done in groups.

with the Sthula (Tangible, Practical, Instinctual, Survival) parts of life.
The Chakras in the Lower Triangle are the Root (Muladhara), Sex
