Definition-A Guna is a category, quality, attribute ascribed to forms.
There are many gunas but there are three main ones that start in the
mind. They are the Sattva Guna or quality of Luminosity, Purity and
Knowledge, the Tamasic Guna or the quality of Darkness, Inertia and
Ignorance, and lastly, Rajas Guna or the quality energy that is moving
between Knowledge and Darkness.

Definition-Part of the 24 principles of creation in
Samkhya Philosophy and an evolution of Prakriti. An Indriya is the
senses or the faculties of the sense mind. There are ten main
Indriyas. Five of these are internal and cognitive called Jnanendriyas.
The five Jnanendiryas are receptive and involve hearing, touching,
seeing, tasting and smelling. These Indriyas also correspond to the
Five Great Elements. Rasa or Tasting when cognized correspond to
the Water element. Smelling when cognized correspond to the Earth
element. Rasa also refers to more than just the taste of something.


Reincarnation
Definition-The Transmigration of the subtle body from lifetime to
lifetime through the agent of desire. Karma is caused by desire and it
is this desire that creates the karma to continue the cycle of rebirth. It
is the goal of most yogis to have a cessation of the cycle through the
process of yoga and bring everything into completion.
